The process begins with selecting a high-quality hemp flower that is rich in trichomes. The flower is then ground up and placed between two sheets of parchment paper. Highly-regulated heat is then applied using specialized equipment known as a “rosin press” that also applies pressure to the plant material, causing the trichomes to burst open and release their contents. This means that NO CHEMICALS and NO SOLVENTS are used to extract cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant material.
The rosin is then collected and formed into a small puck or ball. The puck or ball is then placed in a freeze dryer, which removes any excess moisture from the concentrate. The result is a potent, sticky, and translucent rosin concentrate that is high in THCA and other cannabinoids and terpenes.
